Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Merging happens inside this page using your browser's own engine. The files never reach a server, which is also why it keeps working if your connection drops.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 30 files, and up to 100 MB each. Beyond that a browser tab runs out of memory, so merge in batches and then merge the results.
Will bookmarks, links and form fields survive?
Page content, text, images and vectors are copied exactly. Bookmarks (the outline) and form fields are not carried over — if you need those, keep the original alongside the merged copy.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
Not directly. Open it in your reader with the password, save a copy without protection, then merge that copy.
Does the order of the files matter?
Yes — pages appear in the order the files are listed. Drag them to rearrange before merging.
