The short version.

By leaving a mark, reserving a plaque, or otherwise using World Wall, you agree to these terms.

Your mark

• You're responsible for what you write or draw, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
• You keep any rights you have in your mark. You give World Wall a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share it as part of the wall — on the site, in share images, and in materials that show what the wall is.
• You can erase your mark at any time; the licence ends for new uses once it's erased.

Rules and moderation

Marks and plaques must follow the wall rules. We may reject, hide or remove any mark or plaque at our discretion, and limit access for people who abuse the wall. A mark's number is never reassigned.

Plaques

• What you buy. A plaque is a fixed, numbered space on the wall showing the name, tagline, link and accent colour you provide, for the prepaid term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Terms do not renew automatically.
• Price. You pay the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, through PayPal. Prices for future purchases may change.
• Holds. A plaque is held for you for 30 minutes while you complete payment. If payment doesn't complete in that time, the hold is released and you are not charged.
• Review. Every plaque is reviewed by a person before it goes live, normally within 24 hours of payment. If we decide not to publish it, we refund the full amount.
• Your term starts when the plaque goes live, not when you pay.
• Your content. You confirm you own or may use the name, image and link on your plaque, and that the linked website is lawful and not misleading. You can ask us to correct a typo at any time.
• Removal and refunds. Once live, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If we remove a live plaque because it or the linked website breaks these terms or the wall rules, no refund is due. If we remove it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the term.
• Visibility. We don't guarantee any number of visitors, views or clicks.

“Permanent”

We intend the wall to last and design it that way, but we can't promise any service will exist forever. The site is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Changes
