Terms

Simple terms, kept short.

Using the site

Dua Lock is free. Anyone can share duas on the wall and say Ameen to others. Please don't use scripts or many devices to post in bulk, inflate Ameen counts or leaderboard totals, or use the wall for anything other than dua.

• Follow the wall guidelines. We can hide or remove any dua that breaks them, and block devices that keep doing so.
• Duas are their authors' words, not ours, and nothing on the wall is religious advice.
• By sharing a dua you allow us to show it on the site and in the images made to share it.

The leaderboard

Totals come from people's phones and are capped at what a person could do in a day. A place on the board is a quiet record, not a prize, and we may remove names that break the guidelines.

The app

The Android app is offered here as a direct download, free of charge, as it is. Download it only from this site; see the app's privacy policy for what it does with your information.

Gifts

Gifts made on the Support our mission page are voluntary contributions to the team that builds and runs Dua Lock. They are processed by PayPal, buy nothing in return, are not zakat or sadaqah collected on anyone's behalf, and are not tax-deductible donations to a registered charity. If something went wrong with a gift, write to hello@the-world-wall.com.

Taking things down

You can take down any dua you shared, at any time, from the device you shared it on. It takes effect immediately. See the privacy notice for what we keep.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site up and your duas on it, but it is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will never be unavailable.
