The details
What happens when the year is up?
Nothing dramatic. The account goes back to the free plan, every contract and every note stays exactly where it is, and reminders keep running for the contracts within the free limit. You can pay again whenever you like — paying early adds to the time you have left rather than throwing it away.
Is there a card on file?
No. Payment goes through PayPal, once, and there is no subscription for us to renew or for you to cancel. It would be a strange thing for a product about unwanted auto-renewals to do.
What counts towards the free limit?
Live contracts. Closing a contract when you have renewed or cancelled it takes it out of the count, but keeps its history.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, from the Contracts screen: one CSV with every contract, date, notice period, decision and note. Your original PDFs stay downloadable too.
